Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process inbound materials in terms of verification, transaction and locating activities.
Locate material within the Center Facility using methodologies and shelf life where applicable.
Process of return material from assembly, integrators, and customers.
Use of a E-repps scanner system and related scripts within the Center stores area for order picking, internal stock movements and issuing material to projects within assembly.
Manage inventory through effective replenishment and accurate transactions, to maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
Stock transactions within the Oracle business system.
General stock housekeeping duties.
Packing and crating of Customer cabinet orders using agreed packaging standards and the packing interface to the TRAX systemLiaise with crating sub-contractors and carriers as and when required.
The safe loading/Unloading of carriers for outbound/Inbound shipments.
Ensure awareness of aviation security to ensure the known shipper status.
Manage the disposal of waste materials as the per local site policy.
Safely use the manual handling equipment (e.g. Pallet trucks, forklifts etc.)
