Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain and develop all supply chain planning processes including but not limited to:

MRP for raw material, MRP for components and c MRP for consumables, MRP for local suppliers, planning for external sourcing operations and Claim and compensation.

  • Implement, maintain and develop current procedures to consider company new challenges in compliance with Quality MS (IATF16949/2016 & ISO14001/2015), CSR and other standards (VDA, TS,..)
  • Implement, maintain and develop supply chain KPIs and achieve desired management/customer targets.
  • Establish a smooth and clear Customer ~ supplier relation and information flow with other supply chain sections (warehouses, logistics, purchasing).
  • Implement, maintain and develop all related supply chain reports (daily, weekly monthly and annually) with full responsibility for achieving targets and taking counter measures.
  • Handel any occasional/eventual additional tasks handed over by supply chain manager.

  • Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed reports and interacting with suppliers and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business or any equivalent .

Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience (preferred: planning, procurement, supply chain).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in business communication using English language, office related software packages and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems MS (IATF16949/2016 & ISO14001/2015), CSR and other standards (VDA, TS,..)
