Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather information on upcoming material deliveries from the project management team on a weekly basis
to prepare for stocking.
Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipment arrivals, processing requirements, and other relevant
operational details.
Receive and inspect shipments at the site, including counting boxes, parts, and accessories according to the
packing list, checking for damage, and sorting items.
Organize installation materials based on delivery priority.
Ensure accurate entry and stocking of locally purchased materials and tools by verifying purchase orders,
invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
Manage and disburse petty cash for the project according to site needs, and regularly update the cash flow
statement.
Assist with purchasing materials from local stores.
Collect local purchase invoices and delivery notes and reconcile them with the project accountant.
Issue materials from the store through the system according to site requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven experience in materials coordination.
Labelling and packing skills.
Excellent organizing & time management skills.
Problem-solving & attention to details.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong in MS Office.
Strong in English.
Education Bachelor s degree in Logistics or relevant field
Experience 5-8 years of experience in material coordination
