Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Perform material tests and validate sample reports.
  • Track material performance and provide detailed reports on findings.
  • Verify that materials adhere to approved standards and specifications.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures on-site, ensuring alignment with regulatory and project-specific standards.
  • Ensure all materials comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of all testing and monitoring activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with material and work quality standards.
  • Develop and implement region- and project-specific procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field of construction or materials engineering.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials engineering or a related field.
  • Expertise in materials engineering principles, laboratory procedures, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with acceptance criteria for diverse material types.
  • Proven ability to supervise facilities and networks.
  • In-depth understanding of project practices, standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • MOT (Ministry of Transportation) experience is preferred.
