Curriculum Development & Management:

• Lead the creation, revision, and updating of math curriculum for various educational levels (e.g., K-12, higher education).
• Ensure alignment with national/international education standards and frameworks (e.g., Common Core, IGCSE).
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials to support diverse learning styles.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of math content creators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to promote innovation and high-quality content creation.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and ensure the accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness of all math-related content produced.
• Monitor the implementation of content in educational platforms, ensuring consistency with curriculum guidelines.
• Analyze feedback from teachers and students to continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Content Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in math education and integrate best practices into content development.
• Collaborate with the technology team to integrate interactive tools, such as online exercises, videos, and simulations, into the curriculum.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with other subject section heads, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure content integration across different subjects and grade levels.
• Participate in educational conferences, workshops, and meetings to represent the organization and share innovative practices in math education.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Design and evaluate assessments, quizzes, and other evaluative tools to assess students' progress and the effectiveness of the curriculum.
• Analyze student performance data to identify areas for curriculum improvement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
