Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in accordance with the school s curriculum and educational standards.
Assess students progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technological tools to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources that align with curriculum objectives.
Monitor and report on student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
Participate in professional development opportunities and school events to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.
Incorporate real-world applications and problem-solving activities to make mathematics relevant and accessible.
Maintain accurate records of student grades, assessments, and progress reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of proven experience teaching mathematics at the elementary, middle, or secondary level.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
Ability to assess and address individual student needs.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
