Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertise in international curricula, including British, IB, US, and Australian systems, using diverse teaching methods like visual aids and interactive problem-solving.
  • Foster critical thinking through real-world math applications, enhancing student engagement.
  • Track student performance and attendance, refining teaching strategies for better outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with parents to support student progress.
  • Identify and bridge learning gaps, ensuring every student thrives.
  • Create a positive, inquiry-driven classroom environment.
  • Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in mathematical concepts.
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring math, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant educational environment.
  • Familiarity with the curriculum and standardized testing requirements relevant to the students being tutored.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, schedules, and student assessments efficiently.
