Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Mathematics and English

  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction to meet individual needs and centre standards.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive class environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect for all.and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect for all.

  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology and hands-on activities, to make learning relevant and enjoyable for students.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, or Education (Mathematics/English specialization) or related field is a must to demonstrate subject-matter expertise.

  • Possession of a valid teaching license/certification from a recognized educational institution, showcasing professional qualifications and commitment to education.

  • Relevant certifications in teaching methodologies, educational technology, or specific subject areas, enhancing instructional delivery.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching mathematics and English at the secondary level, offering practical classroom experience.

  • UK Curriculum, American Curriculum experience preferred

  • Experience in teaching Primary level Y1-Y6

  • Excellent English communications skills is mandatory
