Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging, curriculum-based instruction to students.

The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, support individual learning needs, and help students develop a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and deliver lessons in mathematics that meet curriculum standards (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or local board).

  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments based on grade level and subject objectives.

  • Teach concepts such as algebra, geometry, arithmetic, statistics, calculus, and trigonometry depending on grade level.

  • Monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.

  • Provide individualized support for students needing additional help.

  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment.

  • Use technology and interactive tools to enhance student engagement.

  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and school administration to support student learning.

  • Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.

  • Maintain accurate records of students attendance, grades, and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mathematics or Education with a specialization in Math.

  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is typically required.

  • Teaching certification/license as per regional or school board requirements.

  • 2 5 years of teaching experience in a school or academic setting preferred.

  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn.

  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, Smart Boards).
