Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Teach students how to design and model jewelry using Matrix software, from basic to advanced levels.
  • Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises tailored to different skill levels.
  • Demonstrate techniques for creating rings, pendants, bracelets, stone settings, and custom designs.
  • Guide students through rendering, material settings, and preparing files for 3D printing or CNC manufacturing.
  • Stay updated on the latest software versions and jewelry design trends.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
  • Maintain a supportive, organized, and creative learning environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes (casting, setting, polishing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of other CAD software is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Matrix (Gemvision) and jewelry CAD design.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and available for a part-time teaching schedule.
  • Teaching experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic both spoken and written is required.
