Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA programmes in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, and Strategic Management.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in line with academic standards.
Assess student performance through assignments, presentations, examinations, and projects.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous programme improvement.
Engage in academic research and contribute to publications where possible.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements.
Support administrative tasks such as student admissions, academic advising, and programme coordination.
Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and institutional events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (PhD preferred).
0–5 years of teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Strong knowledge in one or more core business disciplines.
Experience with international curricula (UK/US qualifications preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and tools.
Industry experience will be an added advantage.
