Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the accomplishment of scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities for Line and Base Maintenance.
• Forecast, track, and control maintenance requirements in alignment with the approved Aircraft Maintenance Program.
• Prepare, issue, and control work packages and task cards for aircraft undergoing maintenance in a staggered and efficient manner to optimize workflow and aircraft downtime.

Work Package & Documentation Management

• Ensure the timely receipt, review, and closure of completed work packages following the accomplishment of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

Resource & Logistics Coordination

• Forecast and ensure the availability and pre-loading of all necessary tools, spares, consumables, and materials required for Line and Base maintenance activities.
• Provide accurate man-hour estimates to Line and Base Maintenance teams for all scheduled maintenance checks.
• Ensure optimum utilization of aircraft through effective planning, monitoring, and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Procedure Adherence

• Ensure all aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with the approved Maintenance Program, and in compliance with policies and procedures defined in the CAME (Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition) and other applicable engineering manuals.
• Develop, review, and author procedures related to Production Planning and associated functional areas to ensure continuous improvement and standardization.

Stakeholder Coordination & Safety

Conduct and participate in mandatory meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required by CAME and engineering procedures.

Ensure that Safety Management System (SMS) principles are effectively incorporated, communicated, and followed across all planning and maintenance functional areas.
