Roles & Responsibilities


ActionAid Arab Region, in partnership with WeYouth Organization, are implementing the Ready for Tomorrow project in Tunisia. Currently in its third year of implementation, the project aims at capacitating youth with proper life skills and tailored technical skills to enhance their job market readiness and create more job opportunities for them. The project also works on networking youth with different stakeholders in order for them to attain more training, internship, and job opportunities.

  1. Background Information on consultancy

The MEAL Consultant will support AAAR s partner We Youth in Tunisia in the Ready for Tomorrow project by contributing to Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities. The role will focus on monitoring progress, evaluating project effectiveness, supporting data collection and analysis, and supporting accountability and learning. The consultant will also contribute to learning processes by gathering feedback and documenting lessons learned.


  1. Qualifications:
  • Completed a degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data collection tools such as KoBo-Tool box is a strong asset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality data and reporting.
  • At least 1-2 years of Previous experience in MEAL, research, or youth program
