Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting hydrostatic and pneumatic testing activities and maintaining testing tools and equipment to ensure safe and accurate test results during shutdown operations. Conduct high-pressure hydrostatic and pneumatic testing as per procedures

Operate, maintain, and repair air-operated pumps and related equipment

Prepare test setups including hoses, gauges, valves, and fittings

Monitor testing parameters and ensure compliance with test specifications

Record, document, and report test results accurately

Inspect tools and equipment before and after use

Follow strict safety protocols, PTW systems, and site regulations

Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams during testing activities

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade

3 6 years of experience in hydrotesting / industrial projects

Knowledge of pressure testing safety standards

Valid passport & immediate availability
