Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, strip, modify, and rebuild vehicle mechanical components in accordance with quality standards.
- Perform tasks across build stations including trim installation, armouring support, glazing installation, and welding as required.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical vehicle issues in coordination with the supervisor and team.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacement, and brake servicing.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, test drives, and diagnostics to identify faults.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are safe, calibrated, and compliant.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to repairs, parts, and service history.
- Provide feedback on production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support body repairs, washing, and painting when required.
- Remain flexible for cross-training and additional duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technology.
- 1–3 years of hands-on automotive mechanical experience.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and safety-focused environment.
