Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Inspect and assess vehicles or machinery to diagnose issues and determine repair needs
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify mechanical problems and propose solutions
- Repair and assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Provide work estimates or quotes for repairs when required
- Follow scheduled maintenance tasks and perform necessary upgrades
- Maintain accurate logs, repair histories, and maintenance records
- Monitor spare parts inventory and request replacements when necessary
- Keep workshop tools and equipment clean, safe, and in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies during all maintenance activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Secondary school certificate, trade certificate, or vocational training in mechanical repair
- Entry-level experience in vehicle and machinery maintenance; workshop experience preferred
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and vehicle mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
