Maintaining the functionality and the performance of all mechanical equipment such as (pumps, valves, gearboxes, conveyors and specialized sugar machines) according to the OEM standard.
• Preparations of the required job tools and prepare permit work related to assigned job.
• daily inspection of plant equipment and recording on inspection record/check list.
• Execution of Preventive maintenance activities "Annual shutdown, minor repair, periodical repair " for plant equipment.
• Execution of repair items for all equipment and follow up of quality of repair work done for equipment by mechanical workshop or external workshop.
• Preparation of needed spares and stand by units for repairs execution.
• Inspection of supplied spare parts.
• Commitment to follow safety & environment precautions during his duty.
• Execute any other activities assigned to him.
• Troubleshooting and solving of daily troubles.
• Preparation of needed reports for evaluation of shifts maintenance activities and report the corrective actions to mechanical supervisor to evaluate it.
• Executes and follow the working methods, procedures and work standard.
• Inspection and monitoring of the online mechanical equipment pumps, valves, mechanical seal, conveyor belts, bearings, and gearbox. during shifts.
• Maintain all equipment / machines in good health condition.
• Ensure good housekeeping at all times, clean working area during shifts.
• Transfer tools and required spare parts from Mechanical workshop to working area.
Education: Technical institute or Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance.
Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Language: Arabic & English.
