Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Report all technical issues/reports to division manager in charge of the project.

Support all divisions under Services Unit (Drive, Marine, Traction, Training, Substations, Electrolyse, Powerplants , Industrial and operations and maintenance, etc...

Maintain electrical systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy safety, reliability and sustainability.

Supervise the Alignment, fitting, and assembling component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures and templates.

Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.

Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.

Inspect parts for surface defects.

Test performance of electrical assemblies, using appropriate test instruments.

Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

Train others engineers and technicians when asked.

Reading design specifications and technical requirement.

Liaising with others in the design team; Liaising with clients and contractor.

Attending meeting on site.

Recording, analyzing, and interpreting a test data.

Proposing modifications and retesting products.

Servicing and maintaining equipments.

Preparing product documentation; writing reports and giving presentations.

Monitoring and maintaining product in use to improve on future design.

Interface with construction activities and accept electrical systems into service completely; pre and post energization checks.
