Job Description:

• We are a leading design and consulting office seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical BIM Coordinator to join our team.
• This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical BIM expertise who can lead coordination efforts, manage Revit models, and support the design process through high-quality BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) across disciplines
• Lead clash detection sessions and follow up on resolution with different teams.
• Develop and manage detailed mechanical Revit models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Create, modify, and manage Revit families for various mechanical components.
• Develop and maintain Revit templates to streamline project setup and maintain consistency.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and other MEP disciplines during all project stages.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with project timelines and design goals.

• 6 to 8 years at least Experience instrong> mechanical engineering consultancy.
• Revit Excellent
• Navisworks coordination excellent

• Gulf Experience
• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.
