Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update BIM models for mechanical systems (Plumbing & HVAC).
- Prepare detailed design documents, layouts, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.).
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure designs comply with international codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and clarifications to site teams.
- Contribute to BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 7 years of proven experience in BIM (Revit MEP) for Plumbing & HVAC design.
- Strong knowledge of international mechanical codes and standards.
- Proficiency in clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks).
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
