Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Mechanical design from concept to detailed construction drawings.

  • Design HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Prepare and written Mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in compliance with Egyptian measurement standards
  • Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to align design with budget constraints.
  • Have the ability to independently complete the design of HVAC, fire protection systems and water supply and drainage systems for general public buildings.
  • Perform load calculations (heating/cooling) using software like HAP, or similar tools.
  • Perform Hydraulic Calculations using Fire Elite software, or similar tools.
  • Love design work, have a strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth, professional.
  • Good team spirit, excellent communication skills, rigorous, meticulous and serious work.
  • Good command of English; good listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

  • 3 to 5 years of design or SHOPDRAWING experience in HVAC, building water supply and drainage, and firefighting systems.
  • Proficient in use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
