Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D mechanical models using BIM software to ensure accurate representation of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Collaborate closely with architects and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve potential conflicts in the design prior to construction.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including equipment schedules and installation details, for project stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
� Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field � Minimum 3–8 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling within contracting or consultancy firms (UAE experience preferred) � Proficient in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD software � Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage � Ability to prepare and coordinate detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and clash detection reports � Knowledge of MEP coordination and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams � Good communication and time-management skills
