Mechanical Design Engineer Al Suweidi Engineering Consultants Bureau L.L.C

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed engineering design documents for mechanical building services.
• Perform mechanical calculations for all systems, including heat load, fresh air, pump flow rates and heads.
• Create models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop equipment schedules, schematic diagrams and specifications.
• Coordinate with senior and lead mechanical engineers for technical requirements.
• Ensure the quality of all design phase products by coordinating and cooperating with other trades and sections.
• Review and approve all drawings and documents issued by junior mechanical engineers.
• Understand project requirements concerning time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with the lead Mechanical engineer to meet delivery dates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in the mechanical engineering discipline.

• Experience Requirements:

7-9 years of experience in design for all mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Gas).

Experience in preparing full mechanical calculations and mark-up drawings.

Proficiency with HAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience in coordinating with other disciplines.

• Software Proficiency:

Strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards.

Skilled in engineering software (Revit & AutoCAD).

• Communication Skills

Strong oral and written communication skill.
