Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Designing the mechanical parts of the product as per the customer specification, international standards, and design Know How.
• Responding to customer inquiries about the mechanical parts of the product through sales department.
• Provide technical support in the mechanical development and the clarifications of suppliers and materials.
• Support in investigation of non-conforming parts.
• Support in technical issues and continuous improvement of manufacturing process.
• Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions activities.
• Preparing customer drawings and bill of Materials as per Customer Specification and project requirement.
• Prepare pricing and mechanical technical sheets for tenders and offers for products and maintenance services.
• Reviewing the orders specs once receiving the sales order and confirming it before manufacturing process.
• Follow up with production and quality departments to ensure the quality of the released designs and its results.
• Prepare and release all mechanical drawings and data according to the production plan and its working orders.
