Lead and manage the design team in developing bespoke commercial storage systems from concept through to completion.

• Oversee the creation and review of detailed CAD-CAM designs, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Evaluate and implement new design tools, technologies, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and present technical reports, design proposals, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Fulfilling any technical requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering) Preferred in: steel structure, civil engineering (or Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as Mechanical design Manager or Technical office Manager.
• Experience in Racking System is essential.
• Strong Knowledge in the use of AutoCAD; SolidWorks, Revit, SAP 2000...etc.
• Proven experience in leading and managing design teams on complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and innovation.
