- Job Description
- We are looking for fresh graduates in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering who are:
- Passionate about design and innovation
- Eager to grow with the company
- Excited to be part of a creative, forward-looking team
- You will be involved in product design, 3D modelling, prototyping, fabrication, and R&D to support the development of new toy and candy products.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechatronics or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product design or engineering, preferably within the toy, candy, or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated creativity and a passion for innovative product development.
- Experience with prototyping techniques and rapid iteration.
- Willingness to work onsite in an office-based setting.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in 3D Printing using SLM and FDM
