Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create detailed mechanical drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate concepts into precise technical specifications.
- Review and modify existing drawings, incorporating feedback and updates to reflect design changes.
- Prepare assembly and manufacturing instructions, highlighting critical dimensions and tolerances.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid technical foundation.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA is essential for creating accurate designs.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical drafting within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards, such as ASME or ISO, is crucial for producing compliant drawings.
