The Mechanical Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical equipment, components, and systems based on specifications provided by engineers and designers. They ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards to facilitate manufacturing, installation, and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using CAD software.
Interpret engineering sketches, technical specifications, and manuals.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop accurate drawings.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and updates.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
Support in site visits and installation activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting Technology.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Draftsman or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
