Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within HVAC and electromechanical installations.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in refrigeration, air-conditioning, and related electromechanical equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of system components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to support installation, commissioning, and handover of new HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical staff to implement system upgrades and improvements.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the HVAC field.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 0 to 4 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably within the HVAC or electromechanical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and air-conditioning equipment.
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
