What You ll Do

* Supervise construction works related to pumping stations, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and utilities
* Review design submissions, procurement documents, and technical proposals for mechanical systems
* Advise project management and clients on technical matters concerning installation, testing, and commissioning
* Attend factory and site tests to ensure systems meet project requirements and authority approvals
* Develop scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, monitoring progress for compliance
* Coordinate procurement and subcontractor processes, supporting bid evaluations and contract administration
* Provide technical direction, distribute action items, and prepare progress and technical reports for stakeholders
* Ensure all project deliverables meet DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, and other authority requirements
* Interface with multidisciplinary engineers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Identify and document scope changes, supporting project management in risk mitigation and decision-making

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
* Minimum 10 years experience in construction supervision, design review, and testing of mechanical systems for major infrastructure projects
* Strong expertise in pumping stations, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and utilities
* Full knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and regulatory processes
* Proficiency in CAD and engineering software tools relevant to mechanical systems
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
