Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Firefighting and ACMV systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify faults or performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and control system problems.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service teams for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all systems comply with QCDD/QCD, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
  • Monitor spare parts, consumables, and maintenance material requirements.
  • Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide technical support.
  • Coordinate testing and periodic inspection activities with relevant authorities and clients.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements are followed.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, testing certificates, and asset history.
  • Support business development and coordinate with customers.
  • Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and other service-related activities.
