Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Design
Assist in designing and reviewing mechanical systems, equipment, and components
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations
Support engineering analysis and project planning activities
Project Execution
Monitor mechanical works and ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues and equipment failures
Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare engineering reports, inspection records, and technical documentation
Maintain project and maintenance records accurately
Quality & Safety
Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering codes, and HSE regulations
Participate in inspections, audits, and safety initiatives
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience (freshers can be considered for junior roles)
Skills
Knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and within teams
