Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee and manage mechanical works in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical systems installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

• Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.

• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

• Ensure mechanical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.

• Assist in preparing method statements and technical reports.

• Track project progress and report any delays or technical issues.

• Support project teams in resolving mechanical-related issues.

• Maintain proper documentation related to mechanical works.
