Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle mechanical engineering documentation and technical submissions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
Prepare material submittals, method statements, technical datasheets, and shop drawings
Manage authority approvals and project-related documentation requirements
Support the sales team with technical clarifications, quotations, and product recommendations
Follow up on project approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements
Review project specifications and ensure materials comply with client requirements
Maintain proper documentation records and project tracking
Coordinate with site teams and ensure timely submission of required documents
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 4–5 years UAE experience in construction and engineering field
Experience in technical sales support and project coordination
Strong knowledge in approvals, documentation, and material submittal process
Familiar with consultant and contractor coordination
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Immediate joiners preferred
Experience in MEP/construction industry is preferred
Knowledge of UAE project procedures and approval systems
