Execute replacement and installation of flow meters and transmitters for pipelines up to 2000 mm diameter.

Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and piping layouts before execution of work.

Verify flange standards, pipe alignment, gasket selection, and bolt tightening during installation.

Supervise dismantling of existing flow meters and installation of new flow meter assemblies.

Coordinate with fabrication and piping teams for modification works, spool adjustments, and support arrangements.

Ensure proper handling, rigging, and lifting procedures for heavy flow meter equipment.

Conduct hydro test, leak test, and mechanical inspection after installation activities.

Coordinate shutdown activities and ensure safe isolation of pipelines before replacement work.

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Prepare method statements, inspection requests, work progress reports, and completion documents.

Coordinate with instrumentation and electrical teams for transmitter installation and commissioning activities.

Ensure proper installation orientation and straight pipe length requirements as per manufacturer recommendations.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to vibration, leakage, flange mismatch, and pipeline alignment.

Attend client inspections and support third-party testing and commissioning activities.

Supervise technicians, welders, fabricators, and helpers during site execution works.

Ensure all tools, lifting equipment, and safety equipment are properly inspected and certified before use.

Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project management teams regarding work progress and technical issues
