Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance activities on site.

  • Conduct routine inspections and identify faults and corrective actions.

  • Manage the operation and maintenance schedules of water pumps, irrigation systems, fountains, control panels, and related mechanical equipment.

  • Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot the issues related to the mechanical assets and equipment.

  • Prepare and submit technical drawings and documents as required.

  • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure efficient work execution.

  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

  • Monitor system performance and improve efficiency.

  • Prepare technical and progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

  • Minimum (3) years of experience in maintenance projects.

  • Experience in operation and maintenance of pumping stations and mechanical systems.

Compliance:

  • Adherence to contract conditions and technical specifications.

  • Implementation of health, safety, and quality standards.

Deliverables:

  • Maintenance plans (preventive and corrective).

  • Periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Inspection and testing reports.

Updated drawings and technical documentation
