Extensive practical experience in the design, implementation, and supervision of:
HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
Firefighting systems.
Plumbing and sanitation networks.
Ability to manage work teams and provide on-site supervision.
Full proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Advanced knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Flexibility to travel and work abroad.

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within healthcare or similar environments.
• Expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating with external vendors.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation.
