Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance activities for cement production equipment (kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, etc.).
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts planning, and maintenance documentation.
- Train, guide, and supervise maintenance technicians and junior engineers.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare technical reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineer with experience in the cement industry, specializing in mechanical maintenance.
minimum 10 years of experience
age not exceeding 45 years.
