Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up all mechanical site activities in project.
Follow up the time schedule for Contractor Scope.
Follow up with the consultant for approval material submittal, shop drawings and IR,s.
Preparation of Weekly Project Update accurately and on time
Review complete Submittal Log
Review complete RFI Log
Monitors review of submittals for conformance to contract documents
Tracks submittal process timely
Assist in monitoring Owner Change Order Log
Assist in generating Contractor meeting agendas and minutes
Accurate and timely documentation of project issues
Maintains open communication with Contractor(s)
Works with Project team to recognize underperforming Contractors timely with project notifications.
Assist in review contractor change order proposals for accuracy of quantities, conformance with contract documents and contractor scope of work
Understands and exceeds client expectations
Assists project team with enforcement of site safety
Participates in progress meetings
Reviews contractors project reports and identify scope of work changes
Can identify quality issues in the field and communicate them accordingly
Performs pre-punch list walk thru with project team
Enforces contract close-out timeline.
Works with PC in collecting all close out documents.
