Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components for various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
  • Conduct engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations.
  • Oversee the prototyping, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical parts and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the design and production phases.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and sustainable technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with engineering simulations and analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and innovative engineering solutions.
