Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting).
- Review and approve mechanical drawings and materials.
- Ensure mechanical works meet project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and contractors.
- Conduct inspections and prepare related documentation.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical works.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality compliance.
- Assist in resolving mechanical technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in construction or MEP projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design software.
- Strong understanding of local and international codes.
