Manage and troubleshoot all mechanical issues in production lines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with approved maintenance systems and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate fabrication, installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and production lines.
• Ensure optimum utilization and trouble-free operation of all plant mechanical equipment.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate root causes of mechanical failures, ensuring proper completion of job cards and 5-Why analysis.
• Monitor, control, and optimize mechanical spare parts usage and inventory levels in warehouses and fast-moving stations.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and spare parts required for maintenance and in-house fabrication.
• Support plant upgrades, expansions, and continuous improvement projects related to mechanical systems.
• Train, guide, and supervise maintenance staff to perform mechanical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, safety procedures, and company policies during all mechanical activities.

Strong knowledge of:

• Pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Welding and fabrication basics
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts or on-call when required.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
