Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for food production lines.

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and mechanical components.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all mechanical operations.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for machinery and equipment.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of mechanical parts, tools, and materials.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably within the food production or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and production machinery.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, operational environment.
