Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inspects site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications and safety standards on site.
  • Assist in the implementation of maintenance according to the time, Quality and budget constraints.
  • Ensure that service delivered and cost effectiveness procedures are being followed.
  • Supervises professional, technical and support staff on a day-to-day or project basis, including determining workloads and schedules, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Determining work order requirements, quotations and assign staff
  • Monitor and review plans, specifications and calculations and financial plan and give technical advice on corrective actions
  • Track milestones and timelines ensuring that the time frame is met.
  • Responsible for controlling the financial performance of projects and develop the quotation sheet for the different work orders as well as preparing site quotations.
  • Assigns work, evaluate and train Subordinates
  • Make a regular report for the maintenance required concluding the following subjects:
  1. Materials status.
  2. Work order opened and its completion percentage and if it is behind or ahead schedules

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Mechanical Infrastructure or Construction is a must
