Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
COMPETENCIES:
- Practical experience in the design/execution of mechanical systems and subsystems such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, overhead cranes, etc.
- Expertise in mechanical systems for water, energy, or utility infrastructure
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and operation of mechanical equipment
- Capable of writing and presenting formal installation procedures and guidelines for mechanical installations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Organized in tracking materials, schedules, and punch lists
- Ability to work within project schedules and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving skills, supervision skills, and guiding capabilities
- Familiar with industrial security and safety requirements and their implementation
