• Practical experience in the design/execution of mechanical systems and subsystems such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, overhead cranes, etc.
• Expertise in mechanical systems for water, energy, or utility infrastructure
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and operation of mechanical equipment
• Capable of writing and presenting formal installation procedures and guidelines for mechanical installations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Organized in tracking materials, schedules, and punch lists
• Ability to work within project schedules and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving skills, supervision skills, and guiding capabilities
• Familiar with industrial security and safety requirements and their implementation
