Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise mechanical equipment and machinery in the factory.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor performance of pumps, boilers, turbines, conveyors, and processing equipment.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in factories, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Experience in maintenance of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
