Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Support design and implementation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) under senior supervision.
Assist in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals to ensure alignment with project specs.
Coordinate with site teams to track progress and resolve basic technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in quality control inspections.
Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and progress tracking sheets.
Assist in quantity take-offs and support cost estimation activities.
Follow up on material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and proper system integration.
Support in resolving minor design clashes and escalating complex issues to senior engineers./span>


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in construction or real estate development.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, codes, and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus) + solid project coordination skills.
