Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and processes using CAD software.
  • Perform calculations and simulations to ensure design efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Oversee the manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, project managers, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to resolve mechanical issues.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in cost estimation, procurement, and project planning.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Support maintenance teams in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Knowledge of material science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes.
