Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

To attain copies of Request for Proposals and prepare documentation and Fee Estimates for these proposal call-ups.
Liaise with and provide focal point for Clients and lead and/or support consultants to ensure that Client interests are more effectively fulfilled
Collaborate and work effectively with all others affecting or affected by your work.
Adopt a responsible attitude to project management and actively undertake training of subordinate staff.
To assist and mentor supports the fundament also Mechanical design, calculations and preparation of construction documentation.
To provide technical assistance and respond to contractor s inquiries that relate to construction projects.
To prepare technical reports, construction cost estimates and cost analysis.
To coordinate and schedule/plan the projects.
To respect company values and policies.
Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for Mechanical building systems and equipment.
Inspect the installation, modification, testing, and operation of Mechanical equipment.
Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance.
Provides regular feedback, development opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.
Provides opportunities for the team to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Ensures the team complies with Dallah Hospital s policies, processes, practices and systems, and maintains Dallah Hospital s high standard of care, quality, and performance improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

2-3 years experience in a similar field.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor s degree qualification in Engineering preferably Electrical or Mechanical or Architecting Engineering.
