Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of automated parking building systems, including lifts, mechanical structures, and parking machinery. This role requires both technical expertise and hands-on fieldwork.
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mandatory: Experience in lift maintenance or heavy mechanical equipment.
Minimum 1 year experience as a technician/engineer in mechanical maintenance.
Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes and tools.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
Basic understanding of IT/networking is an advantage (training will be provided).
English speaking & writing skills.
Ability to work independently and in outdoor field environments.
Experience with automated parking systems.
